Light snow will continue today, adding another 1-3" of snow to what's already fallen.  Storm total accumulations of 4-8" are likely with some locally higher amounts possible in our northern/western towns.  The wind will be a major problem today as it increases to 20-30 mph out of the north.  Substantial blowing/drifting snow will occur, especially this afternoon into tonight.  Scattered, brief near-whiteout conditions are possible.  East-west roads will be most affected.  It then turns cold over the next few days with highs in the teens and lows in the single digits either side of zero.
